If you are interested in sharing your ideas regarding dog park maintenance and care, please come to our first Beasley Dog Park Supporters Meeting. It will be held at 558 East Jones Street (on the corner of East Broad) on Tuesday 3/24 at 6:30pm. Please DO NOT bring your dogs so that we may all focus and move through the meeting quickly.
If you are unable to come to the meeting, please e-mail your thoughts to beasleydogpark at gmail dot com.
The Mother Matilda Beasley Park is located on East Broad Street in downtown Savannah. The dog park was created in Spring 2008 and is maintained by the Chatham County Commissioners.
This site is very unofficial and is for the benefit of dogs and dog owners who frequent the park or those that are interested in visiting. We have no authority over the park except for our mutual interest in keeping it a vital community space.
